I was a Telemarketing Agent for 6 mos and a Virtual Assistant for 3 and 1/2 yrs that includes being a Customer Support Agent in an international shipping company named International Bridge Delivery Company for 2 years as my long term client working as a VA. I have a good background in team management and/or admin task from an outsourcing company called 123Employee founded by Daven Michaels. I have been an Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the Project Manager for this company for more 3 years and one of our very good client is the International Bridge Delivery Company.
