I am a business owner for around 4 years now and doing my own brand management and marketing. I am the one who set up all the Social Media Account for the brand as well as formulating content and promotions. I am also the one who interprets customer insights and market research in order to create an effective marketing plan. When faced with difficulties, I focus mainly on the solution rather than the problem itself. Thus, I also divulged into learning how to create a basic website through an e-commerce solution. I am very much experienced in terms of handling customer queries or concerns professionally as well. In every job or tasks that I work on, I make sure to put a heart on it and to make sure I deliver with great excellence as I always find Joy in all that I do. I also have an experience working with Basic Website Creation and Content as well as Graphic Designs. I would also be glad to help in terms of General Administrative tasks which entails a wide variety of things, but not limited to, data entry, research, form creation, sending invoices, project management and training tasks, email management, booking appointments and scheduling, file management, hotel and flight booking, taking down minutes on meetings, preparing presentations, recruitment, and executive assistance as I currently manage all the administrative work with the help of my staff in my husband's company for 2 years now, as I was honed in my background as a Licensed Preschool Teacher and an International School Manager for almost 5 years. Because of my vast work experience, I was able to learn a lot of skills but will be more than willing to be trained for anything new.
