My name is Gad Harry, I I graduated with a B.S. Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in physics In May of 2016. My research interests as a student include engineering design process, mechanical enhancement of materials, and reverse engineering. I have experience in technical research and design. Many of the projects in which I was involved required me to utilize and understand engineering design and quality evaluation methods including but not limited to Quality Functional Deployment (QFD), Failure Modes Effects and Analysis (FMEA), and other forms quality tools.?.One project I was involved in, I developed the conceptual design of sliding mechanism and expandable automobile frame for Partners for the Advancement of Engineering Education (PACE) Global Conceptual Design Competition. I served as the Tuskegee University Delegate and Presenter for the 2015 and 2016 PACE Global Collaborative Forums for the Reconfigurable Shared-Use Mobility System (RSMS) project. In general, I am interested in a career in Transportation, specifically, Automobile manufacturing and design. these industries my experience in Research and Development, engineering design, and product life development. It is my intent to take and pass the Mechanical Engineering- Fundamentals of Engineering exam ultimately to obtain a state Professional Engineering license. I work best in team oriented environment but also am able to work independently. Though my combination of experience and coursework, I am positive that I will excel as member of your team. Additionally, I possess adept skills in NX unigraphics, SolidWorks, and Autodesk CAD applications as well a as experience with finite element analysis and mechanical testing of materials. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you in the future.
