-Proactively handles customer/client queries and request in collaboration with Account Manager and Team.
- Collect and audit documents for billing/invoice and rate con i.e BOL and POD.
- Assist closely with Manager and Fulfillment Rep for customers load coverage and carriers verification.
- Manage managers task to maximize his time and productivity for input and output execution.
- Trace and track loads/shipment for specific accounts in collaboration with team from beginning to end.
- Works and assist on initiation of escalations, concerns or issue, expedite the process through out the transit period.
- Provide extensive and assistance support with the work process and initiative with strategic and creative solution pillar base on SOP for managers.
Reports to the Director of Customer Success. Responsible in coordinating with load planners, inventory and supply for shipments life cycle. Escalate and strategize for solution that emerge or intervene with ongoing transit. Ensure successful relocation of High Value Products. Handles invoicing for bill and release and date extensions as required.
