As a General Virtual Assistant and a Social Media Manager, I can do the following: 

 I can schedule appointments for your customer and clients. I can answer phone calls and, at the same time, manage your emails. I can do virtual errands for clients. I can assist and recruit applicants. I provide Customer Service, which is responsible for answering any simple issues that a customer may have. Can provide reactive support and is the one to respond when a problem suddenly pops up. Computer literate. Organizational skills, writing reports. My Customer Service experience made me an effective communicator, understanding and eager to study new trends while exploring to learn more, time management and deadline orientation, etc.

I am familiar with the following tools/Apps/Softwares: Canva, Toggl, Trello, Microsoft Office, Data Encoding, basic Photo Editing, basic Video Editing, and basic Designing, Software testing, Zoom, Skype, google drive, Clockify, Lastpass, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and WordPress.

Aside from virtual assisting, I am also a Freelance ESL Teacher. I am a fun and engaging teacher. I teach students from ages 3 – 60 years old. Teaches grammar and syntax, vocabulary and word usage, and other principles of the English language. I can create a safe and secure community environment conducive to optimal students and clients.

I am a constant learner; I just attended a six-week of intensive training provided by the Department of Information and

Communications Technology for General Virtual Assistant, during the training, I learned how to manage my time wisely, communicate better with clients, and multitask to finish a task before deadlines now I am currently attending another training which is Social Media Management. 

The client's privacy and confidentiality are one of my top priorities. 

I am Alert and observant to clients' needs and willing to attend pieces of training.

I can work under pressure while keen on details.
