I have more than?6+ years of experience in the field of Call Center industry handling Customer Care, Based on my previous Client as a General VA, my task is to manage different social media account of my clients, doing article research, directory listing, data scraping, data encoding, layouts/graphics using Canva, Relaythat and Adobe Spark to post in all social media platform of my clients. I also worked as an Admin Assistant in a reputable company in the US for 3 years.
