I have 5 years and 6 months of experience in the BPO industry exclusively in Concentrix. I worked as a customer service rep for like a year and a half, then I was promoted as an SME and then trainer. Later, I applied for a quality evaluator role. I lasted for almost 3 years in this position. During these times, I also got a part-time job as a cold caller/appointment setter in a real estate company. I lasted for 6 months in Calltend. 

I also had a VA experience in VFA or Virtual Freelancer Asia for 7 months. I was assigned to a client who needed someone to be a marketing associate on his LinkedIn account. All in all, I was tasked to market his company to a lot of his connections through LinkedIn.
