This is Irene Coronado.  28 yrs old. I was an  email support before in an  Online Grocery Store in the US . My  work task there is to handle customer concern by providing updates about  their product shipments, product quality. and helping them to add products  in their cart online.

     Then after that I decided to start my freelancing journey as a Real estate  Lead specialist. My work task is to qualify leads by making a follow up  thru call & text to get more information about the property condition, their motivation ( to get a chance to build rapport) and their price. and when they seem like a good / hot lead ( lower than the zestimate price, avr and can sell asap) and they're available for more time . I will transfer them to the acquisition manager to discuss more further about our cash offer.
      Aside from being a Lead Specialist. I was promoted to work also as an Assistant Trainer/ Team Leader in my previous job.  I conduct training for new agents and do some QA tasks such as monitoring and one on one coaching with the agent. Checking their work task and total of leads every week! to check their productivity

 and Lastly , I became an Ecommerce Virtual assistant. so, my work task is to process orders, and split orders from out of stock items to help our warehouse ship those orders on time. Checking if all the information in Ship station  is correct, especially the addresses and the item description, quantity. Assisting our inside sales teams to process wholesale  orders  by manually entering it on QuickBooks or uploading orders thru sasant.Resolving backorders with sales representatives. and lastly do some monitoring with the item status. if I have some more time, do some customer service tasks.

     I am a dedicated and passionate person. Willing to learn more skills to help our team. Rest assured that I am a fast learning person, goal setter, hardworking person.
