Before I become a freelancer. I used to be Medical receptionist, Book keeper, Billing Clerk. As a medical receptionist my task is answering phone thru wards, assist patients, handle mail, file records and making sure the medical office are running smoothly. I'm also responsible for giving patients information on what is happening in the clinic. And checking them in for appointments. After couple of years I got absorb to accounting department as a bookkeeper. and as bookkeeper I'm responsible for maintaining transactions such as purchases, expenses, and revenue. recording financial data into general ledgers, which are used to produce the balance sheet. and then submitting to our accounting department head. and after almost a year of being a book keeper a got promoted to as a billing clerk. and as a billing clerk I must be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents, I'm responsible for keeping track of money, preparing invoices, and updating records. The goal is to provide accurate preparation of bills receivable and safeguard hospital's income. My previous Job taught me to become a self motivated, goal oriented that can work under minimum supervision. My great attention to detail and being reliable that I believe can help your company achieve it's goal. though I'm new to this freelancer or being a virtual assistant. my previous job is a proof that I can handle a task that given to me and i can assure you that you won't regret choosing me. as i believe in saying NO ONE CAN MOTIVATE YOU, THE WAY YOU MOTIVATE YOURSELF. here i am looking for an opportunity, offering my service, my cleverness to your success.
