Aside from being a General Virtual Assistant, I was also a Customer Service Representative for almost 3 years familiar with handling customer service accounts in fast-paced environments. I became a technical support responsible for answering tickets with various customer issues regarding their workspace account. I was able to resolve customer issues within a short period of time by utilizing my knowledge of the software and tools.

 

I was also a documenter in a Non-government organization documenting events like seminars and other NGO activities.

 

I love learning. I have enrolled in a General Virtual Assistant course provided by the Department of Information and Communications Technology. I've learned how to do content creation, video editing basics, email and digital marketing, and many more.
