I worked as Executive Assistant for 2 Executives at the same time for 3yrs and 5mos. I handled calendar management, process invoices, event planner and admin works. I also have experienced with customer service at my current job wherein I'am an Assistant Restaurant Manager, assisting customers for them to have a good customer service experience in our Restaurant. I'am proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook). We used Google calendar before but eventually changed it to Office365. I know how to use Google spreadsheets, forms etc. I'am knowledgeable in using SAP SRM and easy to learn some database. I also have knowledge in using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
