I have been a virtual assistant for 3 years. I was assigned to do data entry, web research, lead generation and some appointment setting. I am also responding calls and emails from customers and doing some follow up if needed. Aside from that I have more than 10 years of experience working from BPO industry wherein I have handled several accounts as customer service representative, financial & retention specialist, inbound sales representative w/ up sell. I am good in multi tasking and can work independently or with minimal supervision. I am assertive and make sure to deliver task on time.
