I recently completed an intensive training for General Virtual Assistance. I've been enhancing the skills I've learned from the said training and at the same time learning new skills by watching YouTube tutorials while looking for a job. I know I lack a lot of skills that needed to succeed in virtual assistance industry so I'm willing to be trained and experience the actual job at the same time to learn better.
In the said training for General Virtual Assistance we were taught the basics of the skills below:
*Data entry
*Lead Generation
*Email management
*Calendar management
*Chat bot automation
*Social media management
*Email marketing
*CRM
*Web page creation using Wordpress, Wix and Strikingly.
*Lately, I've been interested in watching YouTube videos to learn e-commerce (Amazon FBA & Dropshipping)
I have to be honest and say I don't have any experience doing this for a client before as I'm just starting my journey in the virtual assistance industry but I have done it for some people as a practice for free. For example:
*I have applied my social media management skill for friends' by creating/set up Facebook and Instagram pages for their business including all the graphics needed and first 3 contents. These are the pages: Facebook.com/rolliemotorrs & Facebook.com/yourteachermich
Facebook.com/assistantcorner
*I have applied website creation in creating my own website portfolio, take a look here:
