I am a Data Researcher for 8 years in a Land Title Insurance Company. I conducted research on real estate from gathering and evaluating documents (mortgages, deeds, liens, judgments, unpaid taxes, restrictions, easement and other documents associated with the property) up to documentation process which helps me develop fast typing skills for creating reports. Most recently, I completed an Intensive Virtual Assistant training to increase my proficiency in various admin skills such as Office Application (Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Sheets), Calendar Management, Transcription, Email Handling and Social Media Management.
