I am a board-certified Medical Technologist in the Philippines and worked for 5 years in a hospital based facility with basic expertise in laboratory works, data analysis, data encoding and patient diagnosis. I also have equipped knowledge in medical terms and conditions in case I could be accepted in medical related companies. I could provide my skills in medical encoding of data, lab research assistants and data analysis.
Few years back in 2015, I also became a Customer Service Associate in Concentrix formerly known as Convergys located in Bacolod City. I handled chat technical support account that focuses on assisting clients regarding technical errors and difficulties with their internet connections and such. I also engaged in Sales wherein I closed several additional sales for internet upgrades as well as reconnections and restorations of internet access.
In addition to that, I am also became a Virtual Study tutor of Course Hero. I do mostly basic assistance on student's home works and upcoming tests. As a tutor, I offer mostly my knowledge and ideas on answering questions focusing on Health Sciences, Physiology, Biology, Microbiology and Anatomy.
As a Virtual Assistant, I can do so much about Administrative works like Internet Research, Product Search on Shopify and Amazon, Blog commenting, Keyword Research and that is because I have excellent English Language Comprehension. When it comes to basic tasks, I can perform well in managing Dropbox, Data Entry using Google Documents and Spreadsheets, Setting Appointments through Emails using either external or internal clients and I can also manage Google Drive and Calendars.
