I have performed a Telesales role in the past and Customer Support roles working within a call center environment calling customers who are known to the company and also making some cold calls. I have got excellent communication skills and I am a confident communicator who has the ability to speak well and explain services and products to people. My various positions have taught me the importance of developing and maintaining a professional relationship with customers.
