I've been in a BPO industry for more than 8 years now and a Team Leader for 2 years for a Health Care account. I handled 32 manpower and directly communicating with clients to resolve problems in regards with the accounts and task. 

In addition, I’ve been with St Lukes Medical Center for 2 years as administrative assistance, I’m communicating with doctors in regards with their schedule and also with nurses. I am assisting them thru phones and emails if there are some changes with their schedules and procedures for the patient's.  

Customer Service, administrative and data entry is my specialty. I love organizing things and be involve in problem solving. 

I am hard worker flexible and multitasker. I always do my work and talk to people professionally.
