I am an Electrical Engineer of 2007 from Jorhat Engineering College, under Dibrugarh Univeristy and have around 13 years of experience in the field of Telecom Planning (10 years), GIS and Consultancy (2 years +). I was working as a Technical Consultant in Ernst and Young for Assam FibreNet Project under Department of IT, Gov't of Assam. I have a very good hands on experience in Microsoft Office, GIS, Budget and Inventory Management and Network Planning. as I was working in Telecom Planning and Budget Preparation field for long 10 years (Reliance, Vodafone, Telenor, Airtel). I was a GIS consultant in Ernst and Young and was processing huge dataset for GIS activities.
