Over ten years experience as a translator and interpreter for English and German. While Serbian is my is first language, I learned English while completing elementary school in the U.S., and I finished Highschool in Germany and also completed two years at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf (major: English Literature, minor: Eastern European History). Worked as a freelance translator/interpreter for German and English (mostly translating Serbian to German and vice versa) from 2007- 2013. From 2013 worked briefly translating instruction manuals for a wide assortment of devices and machines (for companies like Sony, Panasonic, Grundfos, etc.) for a company called ''Brespon'' in Belgrade, Serbia. From late 2013 to December 2016 worked as translator and interpreter for a Serbian construction company - ''Hopex International''. The company had business dealings in Germany and Austria, requiring translation from German to Serbian and vice versa.This included the translation of tender documents, plans, blueprints; as well as the day to day correspondence per email, etc. Projects in Kuwait and other regions also required the same in English. Currently employed at ''Silver Bell Group'' in Belgrade, providing financial advice and analysis regarding possible investment opportunities for German and/or English speaking clients since February 2017. Through the experience of prolific translating in different fields over the years, I have amassed a considerable base of knowledge and I am not limited to a certain area that requires interpretation and/or translation. I am quite comfortable working different spheres, as the task at hand requires.
