  Though Richard suffered some personal setbacks during the period which affected his normal timeliness, he remained in contact with me and provided updates so I wasn't out of the loop. The quality of Richard's work has not suffered and I am happy with the product so far.

  Initial work completed is good quality and reads well, I look forward to future chapters. Richard has been very patient while I attempt to get all the information to him, some difficulties from both ends experienced. Frank discussion of expectations exchanged, hopefully fixed for the future. I was disappointed with an unexpected additional quote from Richard for an amount I couldn't substantiate, which I subsequently declined.
