Alex Ryan was contracted to complete an edit and format review of an 130 page Training Manual. This project required all editing work to be completed in 1.5 days in time for delivery shortly there after. Alex took direction easily and quickly acclimated to the topic of the guide. She was also sensitive to the short timeframe and worked the late hours needed to complete the project in the timeframe required. Alex was always available to speak by phone and provided regular updates and progress reports as well as informed me in advance of a 1 hour delay in completing the project.
