I was the editor for a children's book, The Bubble Truck Goes to the Moon, which the writer liked so much that he's asked me to help write his second in this series. I checked the text and the artwork.
I edited, typeset, and designed a book (the interior and both covers), The Little Bastard Won't Bite ... and everything else your pet sitter needs to know. I also prepared it to be sent electronically to the printer.
She Slipped and Fell is the second of the author's novels and the first one I copyedited. Again, the writer was so satisfied that she has already commissioned me for her next book. I have thirty-five years' experience as a typesetting proofreader. Now that I'm freelancing, the emphasis is on proofreading and copyediting, although I'm still on chatty terms with InDesign.
