As a professional writer and ghostwriter, I have produced 10 novels, all now published, for clients in the science fiction, fantasy and horror genres, as well as three published novels under my own name (The Thomas Flarety Stories, Dragon Moon Press). 

To ensure my clients receive top-quality  work in the style they desire, I use a multi-step process:

Story Outline: with the client, I create the world of the story, describe the main characters (including their goals and the forces that drive them), define the main conflicts that drive the story and outline the major beats of the plot.

Chapter & Scene Outline: Once the client has approved the Story Outline, I expand it into a scene-by-scene description of the events of the book, focusing on both plot development and character growth.

First Draft: I write a first draft of the book, edit it for spelling and grammar, and present it to the client for review.

Edit & Final Draft: After client review, I edit the story as per the client’s instructions, and a review the text to ensure the language flows while having the maximum impact on the reader, and present the final project to the client.
