I have successfully ghostwritten a self-help book, but I cannot release the book's name due to an NDA. So when it comes to ghostwriting, I would prefer it if you already had an outline and knew the specifics of what you wanted. However, if you don't, that is fine, but I will most likely charge an additional fee for the extra work I will have to put in.

Constant Contact is a big deal, and I prefer milestone payments on a large project.

Turnaround will depend on word count and depth of detail for the outline. If it is less than 50k words, then No more than 14 days. 100k or more will be 30 days plus however much is needed. If I have to do the outline, an additional 24 to 48 hours will also be added.
