• Review and validate data as it is collected. • Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data. • Create of discover new data procurement and processing. • Monitor analytics and metrics results. • Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies. • Develop business forecasts, statistical models, performance scores, business rules and help improve business numbers. • Create MIS and dashboards that are simple and intuitive to use. • Understand the information needs of the users, structure reports, and provide detailed analysis. • Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to facilitate faster decision making. • Collaborate with different departments to understand and provide solutions. • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual process, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc. • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from wide variety of data sources using SQL. • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture. • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet function/non-functional business requirements. • Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data system.
