Global Sourcing

I have done sourcing, (both global and domestically) supplier qualifying, contract creation and negotiation, and purchasing on many manufactured products for over 30 years. Machined components, fabricated components, electronics, and many other items. I maintain many contacts and relationships in a few LCC countries. I am very advanced in supplier qualification in the areas of ISO and AS certification. I am an extremely advanced in cost reduction when it comes to the products mentioned above. . I have full understanding of how BOM's work as well as the NPI process. 

I have performed consulting in the following areas, inventory accuracy, inventory management, cost reduction, purchasing contract creations and negotiations in the millions of dollars, quality metrics and implementation, KPI's, and project management.
