I've been working in the call center industry for more than 5 years as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative. I've also had an experience of being an Email Support. I didn't finish my college and I don't want to go back as of the moment. I am willing to be trained with minimal supervision. I can handle pressure. I can easily adapt to the environment. I am a hard working individual. I can type 40 wpm. I have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills, relates to individuals at all organization levels.
