Here is an overview of my typical process, however please note it is malleable to meet your needs. 

1) Initial call for introduction and discuss project objective. 

2) Submit questionnaire to gain a holistic understanding of your project goals, timeline, spend and more 

3) Ensure Google Analytics is set up properly and that I have access for a better understanding of how your clients are currently engaging with your web presence. 

4) Complete a comprehensive research of your industry, location and competitors to get a better understanding of the macro and micro environment and create a custom made strategy to meet your project objective. 

5) Recommend any changes needed to landing page to ensure goals are met and ad quality is optimized. 

6) Create campaign assets including text ads, strategy, ads groups, keyword selection and more for your approval. (Please note I do not create display ads but will resize existing content as needed). 

7) Implement ad extension and re-marketing pixels where applicable. 

8) Implement all assets and launch campaigns as per agreed upon timeline in accordance with industry best practices. 

9) Audit and optimize ads on a weekly basis and provide a comprehensive report with results and recommendations (during campaign duration of 1 month with added option of continual maintenance for a lower fee). 

10) Provide end of campaign report & review of results.
