1. A 1-hour consult at each end of the project, and depending on the size and complexity of the work at hand, 30-minute weekly check-ins to discuss progress and next steps.
2. An in-depth audit of your current configuration of Google Tag Manager
3. An overhaul of your GTM container
4. Tag matrix (documentation) following completion of configuration changes

Some things that are a standard part of my process include: 

1. Renaming of tags, triggers and variables to conform to a concise and consistent naming convention
2. De-duplication of triggers and variables
3. Removal of unreferenced (unused) configuration
4. Tag load performance tuning 

Additionally, if there is interest in enriching the data you collect with Google Analytics, this can easily happen as part of this project. Similarly, if you have any known issues related to tracking and your GTM configuration, I'll be happy to troubleshoot them.
