Google warns Android users

Google has warned millions of Android users of a message they will receive that they should pay attention to to avoid hacking their phones.

The British newspaper "The Sun" reported that the warning concerns people who use "Google Chrome" on their Android device, adding that "Google" mainly targeted people who visit "unsafe sites", to help them avoid being hacked.

And she continued, "When you visit these sites, you will encounter a message: - The site you are waiting for contains malware - or - The destination site contains malware - or - Suspicious site -". This means that the site you are trying to access may install suspicious programs on your device.

The "Sun" stated that this warning message should not be ignored, adding, "Think a lot before rejecting it or choosing to continue."

She highlighted: "If you are sure that the page is secure and you want to ignore the warning, you can click on the word details, followed by the word visit this unsafe site-".

Google added: "Some sites try to trick you into downloading malware by telling you that your device has a virus. Be sure not to download any of these programs."
