Send me your desired or existing Domain name(s), your domain Host (the Vendor that hosts your domain) and full access credentials. For example, Godaddy.com, account number, and password.

If you select Standard or Advanced set up, you will get a link to a spreadsheet to submit your account user details. If you need old email messages migrated, there is an extra charge that must be paid in advance. This may require a short conversation.

Select Starter, Standard, or Advanced

Starter is for start up businesses and includes a new domain and a single user license. Standard is for young/small businesses (less than 50 users on an existing single domain). Advanced is for mature businesses (up to 300 users and up to 2 domains).

Furnish access to your domain host

Your Domain host may be your website Host, your Registrar, or a different Vendor. For example, GoDaddy, eNom, Register.com, Wix, Squarespace, can all host your Domain.

Furnish your list of users

For Standard or Advanced set up you will get a link to a spreadsheet to add your user details. Each user account should include first and last name, email address, and an external alternate email address for password resets/recovery.

Select the date and time you want to "Go Live"

For Standard or Advanced set up you can choose the date and time you want to stop using your current email solution & start Google Workspace.
