I have worked for DCAA, DCMA, and MDA. I have experience in developing Request for Proposals (RFP), developing Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), evaluating proposals, and evaluating business systems. I also have experience developing proposals and cost narratives for submittal to the government. I have developed cost models for the government and private industry using Excel. I have developed labor rates for various occupations to suit the job description and location. I have conducted analysis on employee benefits to retain personnel. I have developed indirect rates and created overhead pool accounts to accurately capture expenses in job costing. I have experience in risk assessment with the ability to identify risk factors and weakness in business systems, policies, and procedures.
