Good proposals are closer to lasers than shotguns. I want to understand your target's needs to articulate the proposal around those needs. Thick proposals usually cover every possible need, which reveals a lack of understanding.I won't be afraid to tell you not to bid on a specific contract. I strongly believe in honesty, so do not hire me to sugar-coat your products or services. Finally, I don't think that solid proposals are about the bells and the whistles, but rather a strong understanding o
