Julie really hit the ground running. She had a very challenging project which she did not feel daunted by in the least. She had extremely creative ideas, worked incredibly hard and successfully executed those ideas, remained positive and upbeat and went beyond the call of duty in terms of the time, energy, and focus she gave to the project.
