Good understanding of SQL/Reports • Determined work flow and database deficiencies, identifying areas where change is needed in the state’s largest agency with recommendations for repair and future state. o Prepared detailed database usage maps, PowerPoint presentations, case studies, usage studies. Designed scope of work, staffing, time requirements, and projected outcomes. • Skilled at translating complex scientific data and information into the common lexicon and the language of business and finance: o Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, cash flow projections, ratio analysis, planning, budgeting, work flow analysis, and building/testing business models. • Part time college faculty: Motivation theory and organizational culture, accounting, marketing, marketing research, and economics. Teach only one course one evening/week by choice.
