When it comes to writing I tend to focus on a few main areas those being the following:1. Audience- I tend to always look at who I'm writing to and for what purpose and use both of these to write in a way that connects with my intended audience. I try to write in a voice that draws in the demographic I am writing too instead of pushing them away. 2. Topic- When writing about a topic, I stay as close as possible to the intended target, using only examples and arguments I know are relevant and on course with what the overall conviction of my writing is. That being said, while I stick to my topic I do tend to write in a very example based format. I find that in doing so, the topic is easier to stick too and my audience usually does not end up bored or confused. 3. Tenses- Tenses are one of my biggest pet peeves as an editor because a lot of writers do not stick with one tense in their writing.
