I graduated from a top liberal arts college in 2011 with a double major in Biology and Political Science. I have conducted formal, independent studies in many academic disciplines. During college, I was an undergraduate research fellow in the biology department and conducted my own experiment regarding symbiotic relationships in environmental microbiology. I was also the lead layout editor for our weekly school newspaper. After college, I worked in an analytical chemistry lab for a mid-sized biotechnology company for a year and a half. I recently left after a promotion to pursue my dream of becoming a MD/PhD. Recently, I have been tutoring ACT/SAT and all levels of high school math and science while studying for the MCAT.
