After discussing your requirements for the document, in detail I collate all assets required (images and copy), and start the design process in Illustrator or InDesign dependent on the project in question.
I will present the first draft to you in a print ready pdf to show you the look of the final format. You then review the document to ensure it is in-line with your idea, wishes and needs. Make sure that you make notes on anything you wish to change or don't like the look of.
Give me the revision notes to make the changes desired. I will then present you with the revised document with the changes made.
The revision process will continue until you are 100% happy with the final result.
Once you have approved the final and made payment of services, I send you the final high quality print ready pdf file ready for the printers to use and the parent working file format.
Post contract services include:
- File replacement if lost,
- Minor edits on unseen mistakes,
- Alternative file format supply.
