After earning my bachelor's degree in Secondary Education in 2015, I entered the BPO industry world to explore other experiences aside from teaching wherein my job is to address and solve customer questions efficiently.

Three years ago, I started my new career as an Office Admin staff in a construction company where I learned new skills in the administrative task. Being in a new field and unfamiliar environment, In order to facilitate communication within the office and manage interactions with the public, I learned to be ASSERTIVE and DECISIVE.

I worked as an ESL Teacher for 51Talk as a part-time teacher, where I'm focused on teaching the English language. As a language instructor to none English speakers, I make sure that I deliver my lessons clearly and effectively. I'm passionate and GOAL-ORIENTED about creating beautiful, interesting topic lessons for all different types of students. I find it PURPOSEFUL in helping my students succeed.

I am fulfilling my passions while at home now that I am a mother to two kids. I enjoy writing and turn it into copy for contents and am familiar with the idea of what it needs to develop a plot, impart knowledge, and hold the reader's attention.

I also enjoy creating graphics. It enables me to give all of my ideas to life. It's incredible how colorful graphics can captivate people everywhere, and making them is entertaining as well.
