During my time working as a Customer Service Agent, Image Retoucher, and Production Designer at Amazon, I had the opportunity to develop valuable professional skills such as customer service satisfaction, project management, and product marketing. I am experienced with being detail-oriented, handling monotonous tasks and I'm committed to providing excellent customer service. My previous roles have been focused on customer service and advertising design but during the period that I worked as an Image Retoucher for Amazon I was also tasked with recruiting new members for our department, this was not part of my original job responsibilities but my manager at the time considered that I was the right person for the job. Creating an assessment, evaluating the assessment, and coordinating an interview were some of the tasks that I had to do during the hiring process while simultaneously continuing with my original production workflow as an Image Retoucher therefore excellent time management and organization were necessary.
My job position as an E-Commerce Design Manager consisted of working with cross-functional teams (Campaign Managers, Art Directors, Project Managers, and Copywriters) to fulfill multiple campaign projects while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines and coordinating my team’s responsibilities to create a diverse range of digital and print marketing materials while designing with user’s needs in mind.
