Hi, My name is Melanie Ching, from Baguio, Philippines an Online Admin Assistant for over a year. My client owns an apartment rental in Bronx New York. I help him in his business by answering calls from the tenants and helping them with their concerns. I also edit documents and presentations at every company meeting. I also manage the calendar and schedule of every building inspection. I also do data entry and sometimes help with leasing. I decided to finish my contract with them and focused on freelancing.

 

As a Virtual Assistant Service, I would love to help the Small Business achieve its mission. I have excellent data entry and administrative skills. I have a sense of accuracy and attention to detail and lastly, I can do multitasking jobs with ease.  As a Social media Manager, I do understand the big picture. How to search content, and social media all work together. I know what content works and what doesn’t on social networks. 

I’ve been training in Graphic design and had a few clients. I empower businesses by creating graphic design and marketing materials that will help attract people.


Assertive, goal-oriented, decisive purposeful, and opinionated. These are my primary aim in rendering jobs to every client that I will work with/for. 

In terms of my life outside of my freelance Work and design, I am a single mom, fur mom, plant mom, and a leader of a women’s organization. And this is the reason that can attest to how I’m always motivated in what I do.
