This was my first time using Guru and I was very fortunate in choosing Thom Loafman for my project. He was easy to work with, asked alot of questions to make sure he understood exactly what I was l looking for and created a final product that was totaly what I wanted even though I wasn't even sure of what that was myself at the begining. Thom is a true professional who gave me a great design at a great price. He has a lot of tools in his creative arsenal, which meant that I wasn't restricted to just one "look" for my project. I think the finished product is a home run. I docked Thom one star on communication, but that could actually be seen as plus: We had some miscommunication right at the start, and as a result the initial rough was pretty far off my vision. Some artists might have walked away from a project (since no funds had been escrowed), but Thom went right back to the drawing board and totally overhauled the design, coming up with a finished product that exceeded my expectations. I appreciate that kind of flexibility, and I'll definitely work with him again.
