I’m a Graphic Design Production Artist and Print Media Specialist with 15+ years of experience in graphic design and print production. I have creative and technical skills that build value in any environment. I excel at file-management and have strong skills in digital manipulation, photographic retouching and colour-correction. I am capable of managing multiple projects on time and within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities. Until recently I played an important role as a senior member of a production team at a national newspaper and leading financial magazine. In this role I focused on the print production of major advertising campaigns for large corporations including Ford Canada, IBM, General Motors, Sony, CIBC and RBC and other well known companies. Prior to this role, I was a Manager of Graphic Design for Nelvana Marketing where I created and developed corporate design, promotional advertising and marketing/sales tools. Colleagues know me as a Print Production Expert and passionate Creative Designer who can be counted on to solve problems, trouble-shoot and ease workflows. Sales Executives and clients can depend on me to ensure every measure is taken with advertising campaigns and print solutions. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others. I have a Diploma in Graphic Design from George Brown College and Certifications in Web Design and HTML from TDSB. I have received Honourable Mention from the City of Toronto for my Photography work in 2015.
