Heyoo, My name is Jodie, and I am a Freelance Graphic Designer with a love of reading, learning, video games, voluntary work for causes near and dear to my heart and being a small business owner settled in a small family friendly country town of Temora. I am someone with a passion for creativity; if I am not doodling in the back of my artbook or some scrap paper laying around on my desk while catching up with friends on the phone, then you will find my brain is absorbing the next movie length course that I've discovered on online. My mission is to help support my clients by inspiring their dreams in hopes of delivering their message and showing them that it can all be achievable and affordable. In freelance, we are taught to aim for the clients that have the most money, and from a business stance it makes perfect sense, but this leaves an opening in the market for small business owners and Not-for-profit (NFP) organisations who can't afford massive campaigns to broadcast their message all over the world. Alas, this is why Elusive Dream Design was created to fall into the category of support these business and organisations. Since 2017, I have volunteered for a local Not - for - Profit organisation, Temora Community Centre. There I was able to assist and design marketing materials for events, workshops, community groups and even stages of rebranding. This change the reputation of the centre as not only a place that offers information, referrals or assisting people in need but they also provide a range of services in the form of activities, workshops, self-interest courses and programs.
