Graphic design field for two years. My most recent project was with Al-Ikhlas Gadget company. I was tasked with redesigning their logo and packaging also various creative media such as e-poster, banner and bunting. I was assigned to create creative content on social media across a variety of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Blasting Ads and creating creative copywriting for online community engagement on social media. I am also responsible for supporting managed shops e-commerce platforms, such as Shopee. I am experienced in customer service by answering buyer inquiries through chat on WhatsApp & Shopee. I have a good understanding of customer needs and excellent chat communication skills. Positive and patient is a crucial behaviour to handling the customer and being able to understand the issues reported and drive for resolution are key. I have photographed various products for promotion. I have a good video filming technique, able to edit video effectively I have handled the company YouTube Channel. I am also proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects for illustration, visual design, motion graphics and video editing.
