I also attended the advanced handling of customers on social media marketing and advertising, chatbot, and fundamental marketing. During the training.

This is where I learned the basics of social media organic advertising, and how to set up a conversational chatbot as your first line of building customer relations.

I learned how to automate customer support, and plan and create a process of flow to improve customer experience and increase sales.
