Design makes me happy. Creating pieces that get a response from the user makes me *really* happy. Over the years, I’ve realized that the user’s experience is like a journey. From the first time a user opens a brochure or clicks on a web page, they embark on a journey. Sometimes that journey is completed within an extremely short time (a web page), sometimes it’s completed over the course of a couple hours (a magazine article).The point of good design is to make that journey satisfying, frustration-free and ultimately actionable.
