Graphic Design Manager, Marketing* Part of the Marketing & Engagement team. Communicates and promotes footwear brands through compelling graphic design and strategic multi-channel marketing to drive consumer demand. Oversees all graphic design needs and facilitates marketing campaigns from start to finish. Works towards achieving quarterly and yearly goals for department and company. Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition and repeat purchase, and help sales to achieve growth objectives * Lead creative campaign creation and update marketing calendars * Align with PR, social media, design, and digital marketing * Establish KPIs for campaigns and track progress * Manage, motivate, and mentor team * Help design and support graphic designers as needed * Update brand books and provide catalog direction seasonally Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in graphic design * Experience working in a marketing department * Strong design principles and values from experience while collaborating with partners and absorbing feedback * Time management skills to work on multiple projects at once and with various deadlines * Creative mindset to be able to bring a design to life with simple instructions
