I have an associates degree in Commercial Art and am certified as a printer. I am also a published poet, published over 70 times in small pamphlets around the US. Painting murals has been fun especially when painting for children. One of the most exciting opportunities I have had was being one of the photographers for The Colorado Festival of World Theater. I loved meeting new people and taking pictures of stars. I am most comfortable with pen and ink and can also paint portraits and colorful illustrations. I have created other artworks with cut paper, acrylic, prisma oil based pencils and clay. I am continuing my education in Multimedia visual communications which will soon include web design and photoshop. I am always learning new techniques although I admit I am behind the curve a bit and will always try to do the best I can in what ever I do.
