Hello, after 4 years of experience in firmware programming and hardware design, I'm able to design the circuits from the idea to the final product going through: the concept study, schematization, simulation, PCB design, programming, validation and documentation.
I have developed many electrical products, including power drives and calculators either single or multi processors.
My main fields include:
- Concept study and development.
- Design of PCBs rigid and flexible up to 16 layers using Altium Designer, KiCAD.
- Develops PCB layout solutions according to electrical, mechanical, and manufacturability constraints.
- Simulation on MATLAB Simulation, Proteus, psim, LTspice ...
- Program the microcontroller as: Atmel, STM32, PIC, ...
Some projects that I have succeeded :
- Design, prototyping and industrialization of DC-AC converters :
single processor based on STM32:
DC / AC 3ph 15A 50V reversible based on Stspin32F0.
DC / AC 3ph 50A 60V reversible based on STM32.
DC / AC 3ph 40A 24V integrated in the motor based on STM32.
DC / DC 50A 60V step-down converter with max duty cycle of 100%.
Debugger for stm32 USB / SWD processors.
Innovative universal control for MS and MAS without sensor.
Innovative charge pump less expensive than a conventional solid state relay.
- Design, prototyping and testing of multiprocessor DC-AC converters:
the V9 family (D and R). (3ph 60V 100A reversible DC-AC converters).
Development of IPC metalanguage Based on the C language.
Development of the Windows MetaFC configuration application (equivalent to STM32CubeMX).
Development of the quasi-sine control for 3-ph inverters 6_interruptors (result equivalent to that given by the converters multilevel).
...
I think I have enough skills to succeed in your project, do not hesitate to contact me for more information

Rabie
